Methanization plants combine a lot of equipment that need to be maintained throughout the process. In particular shredder knives, agitators and pumps to set the material in motion, as well as compressors and engines of purification or co-generation are all types of equipment that, if broken or damaged, would jeopardize the process and therefore put at risk the production.
The use of acoustic sensors on these sites makes it possible to anticipate the change of the knives according to the number of impacts and the evolution of the measured sound spectrum, and to monitor the evolution of the operating regimes of the compressors in order to detect anomalies, thus allowing to anticipate breakdowns and damage.
